The cards can be uncannily accurate at times.!

When the universe sees your grief and wants to give you a sign that it knows and understands what you're going through, 'coincidences' will occur that leave you feeling supported and amazed at how linked in to the divine and your guides you really are.

Any time of year is difficult when you lose someone close to you but Christmas seems to amplify this. TV adverts are full of families and friends getting together; shops with their cards and gifts; emails constantly bombarding your inbox with special offers and deals; social media posts with photos etc... it feels impossible to just have 'a normal day'.

I pulled this card in the early hours of this morning because I was unable to sleep.

At once I was amazed but also comforted. Why was I amazed? I mean I use the cards regularly for myself and for clients so why did this affect me so much.?

I think because it's reaffirming my link to spirit. That there really is something out there and it made me feel that my Mum is still around, in a new form; an energy now and that we are all connected. We all come from that energy, it surrounds us all every day. It helped me to realise that the cards really can help. That there really is something to all this and it's not just woo woo..!

So if you are grieving, the message of this card is just to allow yourself to feel your emotions. To talk, walk, paint or write, in fact any activity that gives you space to express your feelings, and to know that it's ok to feel this way.

Know that it's ok to let the tears come, and they will come at the most unexpected times.

Know that it's ok to have good days and not feel guilty that you feel at peace or even happy.!

It's all part of your healing process. It's ok to let go of the past. You're not being selfish or forgetting your loved one. They are and always will be a part of us.

They are now our ancestors and this is a new beginning.
