And areas that could do with a little work!

The moon changes zodiac signs every 2 sometimes 3 days and knowing which sign it's in will help you understand the relevant energies and you'll soon develop a routine that becomes in sync with its cycles.

If you look at the moon in the sky at night and find it difficult to know which phase it's in,

here's my little rhyme to help you:

My simple Moon Phase Mnemonic is:

"If the light's on the right, it's time to ignite. (waxing phase - set intentions, get things done)

If the light's on the left, it's time to rest." (waning phase - release, let go, surrender and let it be)
